If insufficient notice is given there will be no refund. If greater than 48 hours’ notice given you have the choice to re schedule for another time at no extra cost. It is important to specify on the enrolment form which mode of learning you would like, that is either workbook or e-learning if applicable. You must also have a USI to complete enrolment.

What’s included in the price

Your course, workbook or online student login, resources, first aid or CPR book and your own key chain face shield to take home (excluding asthma and anaphylaxis courses) as well as a nationally recognised certificate of attainment.

Blended course modes:

Blended course modes of classroom and either online e-learning or completion of a workbook requires that the self-managed learning is completed prior to the practical course date. It is advised to complete these as soon as possible and not leave it until the last minute as they can take up to a few hours to complete. NO certificates can be issued until the workbook or e-learning is complete.

Workbook:

If this is the chosen delivery mode a workbook will be sent to you as soon as enrolment has occurred. The workbook may include any combination of multiple choice questions, multiple answer responses, fill in the gaps and written responses. This can be completed at your own pace as long as it is returned to Revive First Aid within 7 days prior to the practical course date. On the day of the course the workbook will be returned to you where you will have the chance to discuss and amend any incorrect answers.

E-Learning:

Once enrolment has occurred you will be sent a student username and password. Once logged in click on the course you are enrolled in and complete the package. The package may include any combination of multiple choice questions and fill in the blanks. You must get 100% to continue on in the package, however if you do get an incorrect answer you have several chances to go back and re-answer the question. You can complete the e-learning at your own pace by logging in and out until it is completed.

Certificates

Please note a "Statement of Attainment" certificate will not be issued on the day of training and may take from 5 to 10 working days to be processed.  An interim "Statement of Results" confirming course attendance may be issued if requested.

USI- Unique Student Identifier

The Unique Student Identifier or USI is a reference number made up of 10 numbers and letters that create a secure online record of your recognised training and qualifications gained in Australia, even from different training organisations. It can be accessed online at any time, is free and easy to create and stays with you for life. If you are a new or continuing student undertaking nationally recognised training you need a USI in order to receive your qualification or statement of attainment. If you don't have a USI you will NOT receive your qualification or statement of attainment. You can obtain a USI from www.usi.gov.au.
